Transforming your enterprise-wide strategy

Hosted by Community Health Options, Health New England and Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island

How are Alliance members working with their delivery systems and their physicians to determine and implement strategy?  And what must plans do to successfully implement their strategies?  Those weighty questions are the focus of the discussions at our Fall Leadership Forum.  The sessions will be lead by industry leaders who will challenge our thinking and case studies by Alliance members that will provide practical experience.  


Can’t miss sessions include:

  • Discuss the health care industry outlook from an entrepreneurial perspective with Pete Hudson, M.D., Managing Director at Alta Partners, a health care venture capital firm, and a physician.  Pete will share his insights that comes from serving on numerous boards and assisting start-up companies.  Pete will discuss the fluidity and uncertainty of the industry and where executives should be focusing their attention.
  • Learn how the senior leadership team at Neighborhood Health Plan ensured their organization was prepared for a strategic planning process and then the changes they are making to successfully implement the plan.
  • Explore through a case study by SelectHealth the challenging issues in transforming a complex delivery system and health plan into an organization focused on value not volume.
  • Learn about how Health Alliance Plan has worked together with physician groups to develop and deliver a unique Medicare Advantage product offering – putting patients and primary care in charge.
