2020 Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines
On March 21, 2019, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services(CMS) issued an HPMS memo seeking comment on proposed changes to the Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines (MCMG). CMS is accepting comments on the proposed changes through April 4, 2019.The comment period for this proposed rule opened on March 4th and closes on May 3rd.
