The LifeBalance Program is one of the Health Plan Alliance’s newest GPO partners! LifeBalance has been helping health plans improve member engagement, satisfaction, and well-being since 1998. Learn how LifeBalance works with health plans to increase member engagement and satisfaction, encourage member well-being, increase client retention, and develop strong community ties. 

LifeBalance will provide an overview of its services, its work with other Health Plan Alliance plans like Providence Health Plan, and examples of its successful engagement strategies and tactics. 

We’ll cover how the program works closely with health plans to engage and excite members, improve client retention, and increase member and client satisfaction.
