In this session, Tammy Welcome of Health New England shares how her meeting planning process guarantees a successful event every time! Get pointers on ways to streamline, anticipate, and ensure great meeting attendance. Engage in lively discussion with your peers on topics that include:
- Meeting planning and scheduling tactics
- Coordination of all the moving parts
- Leveraging resources and ensuring details are covered
- Post-meeting debrief and identifying improvement opportunities
