Healthcare Policy Unpacked: Episode 3
The first set of regulations implementing portions of the No Surprises Act should be released on July 1 with a January 2022 effective date. The regulations will focus on how health plans should identify the in-network median rate for a particular medical item or service in a geographic area, including what the geographic areas will be.
