Medicaid leaders top issues – round table discussion

Medicaid health plan executive leaders are invited to this informal roundtable discussion, moderated by Alliance COO Kristin Rodriguez.  Each attendee will be asked to gather their thoughts in advance and come prepared to share  your health plan’s top priorities and biggest challenges, as well as the opportunities you’re working to realize - short and long term.  Our goal for the discussion is to encourage connection between Alliance members, to help you identify fresh ideas and resources that will support your priorities.  An attendee list will be shared with participants, and Kristin will reach out to health plan teams in advance to request your completed pre-work; one slide outlining the following:

• What are your key areas of interest? What do you want to hear from others on the call?

• What are your top 3, immediate priorities?

• What are your top 3 priorities going into 2021?

• If you could have an hour of free consulting with an expert, what issue would you choose?
