In this one hour call we will go around the virtual room and hear from health plans how the pandemic has affected behavioral health management at their organizations. Plans will share the trends they are seeing in BH, shifts in severity and types of cases, and member segments being most affected. Solutions around the management of these behavioral health patients will also be covered in this discussion and may include:

Expansion of services offered
Shifts to telehealth
Patient follow-ups and member engagement strategies
Outcomes management
Changes or shifts in BH staffing and roles

This webinar is designed for those in behavioral health management roles and care management. Those responsible for member experience, quality and outcomes will also find the discussion beneficial.
