Audience

These stand-alone 90-minute virtual sessions, available to ALL Alliance members, each focus on key areas of management and leadership identified by HPA leaders for professional success. Each session will include an introduction to a specific competency and/or content area, will share a tool or framework to improve performance, and provide the ability to practice the tool or framework in small groups. To each of these sessions, bring your ideas and questions.
