Planning Call: Member Experience Value Visit

Session description: 

Alliance members with a stake in member experience are invited to share their suggestions for programming the Alliance will be hosting in 2018.  The Alliance hopes to host multiple webinar events, plus has one in-person Value Visit scheduled September 12-14 in San Diego, CA.  We would value your input in the program development.

Leaders in customer service and member experience are invited to RSVP for the planning call by clicking the Register tab above.  This call will be an open discussion and designed to generate brainstorms for the topics Alliance member organizations would like us to cover.
