Quality Roundtable – Lessons learned during 2019 HEDIS season

Event Date: 6/19/2019

Event Overview

Wednesday, June 19, 2019
1:00 pm CT – 2:30 pm CT (90 minutes)

This event is hosted on our ReadyTalk platform

As you are aware, NCQA collects HEDIS®  survey results directly from health plans and PPOs through the Healthcare Organization Questionnaire (HOQ), and collects non-survey data though the Interactive Data Submission System (IDSS).  HEDIS data is used to help calculate national performance statistics and benchmarks, and set standards for measures in NCQA Accreditation.

During this Quality Roundtable Discussion, Christine Freehill, Director of Quality with Health Alliance Medical Plan and Mike Van Ryzin, Manager of Quality with Presbyterian Health Plan will facilitate a discussion focusing on plan successes and/or challenges along with lessons learned during the 2019 HEDIS data collection season.  Please come prepared to engage in active discussions with your Alliance peers and share your own experiences and lessons learned.

Audience

Quality, HEDIS, Compliance and Medical Management teams along with others who may have an interest are invited to attend.

Ask your peers a question or share a resource anytime through the Alliance discussion forum

You can visit the discussion forum and post a question anytime. It's only available to Alliance members, so you question is private and secure. When submitting a question, you can select which topics your question is related to, such as "risk adjustment" or "coding". Individuals who have indicated in their Alliance profile they are interested in those topics and are opted in to discussion forum emails will receive your question. You can also add an attachment to your question or reply, making this tool another great resource for sharing best practices with your peers.
