Many Alliance member plans are considering migrating CRM platforms or implementing enterprise-wide CRM systems to increase member engagement and facilitate next best actions to close healthcare/health plan gaps. Hear the approach taken by Johns Hopkins HealthCare to identify CRM platform options, setting criteria, evaluating functionality, and working through the multitude of internal implementation considerations.
