Presentation: MASBC PY 2023: Jam Session 1 - Transportation and Flex Cards
It's the MASBC's first 2-hr session! Each section features a "state of play" for non emergency transportation and Flex cards, plus, an Alliance health plan panel shares their experience. Among those who have implemented transportation, the results have been a bit underwhelming...and while interest in flex cards is strong, moving from exploration to implementation has been difficult. We'll dig into those barriers and hear how our Alliance colleagues are approaching them.
