Samaritan Health Services is currently recruiting a Manager- RHIC Administrator who will be responsible for leading a community partnership with the responsibility to expand the exchange and utilization of electronic health information across the multiple healthcare providers within the community of Benton, Lincoln and Linn Counties. Providing strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the Health Information Exchange. Leading efforts to integrate disparate systems and working with various stakeholders including community health care providers, clinical leadership, state and federal government agencies, industry representatives and vendors.

Requirements/Preferences:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering required. Master's degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of healthcare and/or IT experience required.
• Experience and/or training in the following preferred:
a. Governance, Risk and Compliance.
b. Current healthcare initiatives and drivers.
c. Health information exchange.
