Sara Neese, RN

 

Sara has been with the Health Plan Alliance since 2005. She manages the operational support team and leads the planning and logistics for our educational programming to include value visits and value calls.  She also coordinates logistics for the organizations’ board and board level subcommittee meetings and serves as primary support to the programs and partnerships subcommittee.  Sara is a registered nurse with a critical care clinical background. She interacts with all levels of the plan management team, but serves as the primary contact for the clinical teams within our member plans.  She has over 30 years of operational and leadership experience in managed care organizations primarily with provider owned plans and integrated delivery systems.   She enjoys helping our members connect with one another to share best practices and lessons learned.  She and her husband are “empty nesters” with three grown children and one granddaughter.
