Description of Services: Accountable Care Solutions Group (ACSG) was organized to capitalize on our processes and strengths built over 30+ years with payers and self-insured employers. The goal is to integrate Medical Groups/Systems/ACOs into our processes so they can take advantage of our knowledge and proven processes to develop their own Direct-to-Employer health plan (Commercial ACO) to deploy in their community. This is a turnkey solution with a one-sided gain sharing element that should drive their highest margins without any medical provider downside risk.
Key Benefit Administrators is the parent company and is the largest independent TPA in the country providing back office services to multiple national insurance companies with over 40 Payers licensing our Proven Population Management processes.
