During this educational session, HealthScape Advisors will address the critical importance of high quality provider data as plans prepare to comply with the 2021 Interoperability Mandate. Specifically, we’ll discuss:

Impacts of provider data on components of the rule beyond basic directory sharing
Reputational and financial risks resulting from provider data inaccuracies
Broader impacts of provider data inaccuracies on health plan operations, member experience and financial performance
Approaches to diagnose and resolve potential data issues in advance of the mandate
“Making the case for change” – how health plans can develop actionable, long-term strategies to deliver return on investment through Provider Data Management (PDM) programs
