RA/Quality Learning Session and Networking Carousel

The Health Plan Alliance is hosting a series of virtual learning and networking events for our risk adjustment and quality leaders.  These events will feature 40 minutes of timely content presented by topic experts, followed by small group networking.  You’ll log off with new information to ponder and renewed connections with your Alliance peer network.

On October 23rd we’ll hear from Yamilet Truex, Manager for Risk Adjustment Data Analytics with Pulse8.  The topic? Navigating the new, post-pandemic world of risk adjustment.  In this short presentation and group discussion, Yamilet shares trends on how conditions are becoming exacerbated, increasing costs, and the mixed results from strained intervention campaigns.  

Alliance members will be asked to share the impact of COVID-19 on their own risk adjustment and quality programs and describe the strategies they are considering to recover.  We’ll dive into solutions on how interventions, RADV audits, and submissions will need to evolve with the new future.

After 40 minutes of presentation and group discussion, we’ll break into small groups for peer networking and Alliance members will have the chance to engage with peers and topic experts over 3 turns on our networking carousel.  Don’t miss this fun and easy way to talk with your peers in small group settings.
