In April, Alliance member health plans participated in a benchmarking survey that asks about the roles in the pharmacy department, number of FTEs by role, FTEs by enrollment, and FTEs by product line. This information is aggregated, summarized and shared in this session. Plans engage in discussion of insights, consistencies, and variations around the staffing levels, and identify additional details that would be useful and potentially explored in a future benchmarking survey.
