In 2021 consumers are no longer comparing their interactions with health plans to their other healthcare experiences. Instead, they are demanding experiences that are similar to their experiences with their favorite brands. The pandemic helped accelerate the race to digital, but we still have a ways to go. One of the most impactful experience improvement opportunities available to health plans is to finally meet consumers where they are – digital or otherwise.

CDPHP is on a journey to surrounding its members with a C360 experience across all points of interaction. One of the starting points for that journey is garnering print communications, formulating a vision for blended digital/print, and selecting strategic technology and services partners to help enable the vision. CDPHP’s vision includes leveraging print and postage savings to pay for investments in digital approaches that will also increase consumer engagement and accelerate the two-way relationship with consumers critical to becoming a trusted partner in health.

In this session, attendees will learn:

 

  • How one HPA health plan is successfully addressing print to digital transformation
  • The importance of people, process, and governance changes which must accompany a transition from analog to digital interactions
  • Some of the critical technology capabilities needed to be successful
  • Some early wins with measurable results
  • How to build the business case to enable transformation in your organization

Executives with responsibility for member experience, marketing, and communications, as well as people who have responsibility for operations.  In addition, those with responsibility for IT or digital transformation teams will find this webinar beneficial.
