Duals kickstart: National trends and strategies for attracting and managing this population

Event Date: 6/30/2021

Event Overview

Wednesday, 6/30/2021
10:30 AM CT – 12:00 PM CT (90 minutes)
Hosted by: Carrot Health

In this webinar, part of the Alliance's kickstart curriculum on Duals, we dig into the compelling and challenging opportunity the dual-eligible population presents to Alliance member health plans today.

At the national and local level, the data has a story to tell when understanding the best next steps for health plans looking to serve this population segment better. In this session, our friends from Carrot Health bring years of experience to the table and walk through what's happening in the market with the Duals population – what plans are they enrolling in, and what do they find most appealing as they choose a plan? We also lift real-world examples of the strategies health plans find effective in attracting the duals population to their plan. Finally, once they have dual-eligibles enrolled, how are plans effectively engaging and managing the duals population?
