Continuing our focused series of sessions on Interoperability, this event will be solely focused on the Payer to Payer part of the rule.  Gary Meyer, strategy consultant from Cognizant, will be sharing his outlook and perspectives.

The Payer-to-Payer Data Exchange provisions of the CMS/ONC Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule are causing uneasiness with many payers on how they can achieve compliance. The rule has ambiguities, making it difficult to be confident that your interpretations and implementation decisions are right. Gain insight, acceleration, and confidence in your Payer-to-Payer solution during this session with Gary Meyer, Cognizant Consulting's Regulatory Advisory Service Practice Lead, as he shares:

  • Key aspects of the HIPAA Privacy and Security rules and the Interoperability rule
