The Biden Administration and Congressional Democrats are seeking to enact the largest spending package in history, with sweeping policy changes ranging from a national Paid Leave Program and two years of free college and pre-school to climate change and immigration reforms.  

Almost one-third of the $3.5 trillion package will go toward health care policy changes, including extending the enhanced ACA premium subsidies (but for how long?), lowering the Medicare eligibility age (but at what cost to the government?), and drug pricing reforms (what proposals will we see, and will the drug pricing reforms be extended to private insurance plans?).  HHS, the DOL, and Treasury will also be releasing additional guidance on the No Surprises Act.  Join us as Chris Condeluci and Nancy Wise discuss these critical issues for Alliance members.
