WHAT WILL WE COVER DURING THIS LEARNING SESSION?
On October 4th we wrap up our 2-part Learning Cycle 6: MA Profit and Loss. Today’s session features a line-up of Health Plans ready to share how they are approaching P&L challenges in their local MA markets. Each micro-case study features a health plan leader prepared to share their specific challenges and approaches, and we strongly encourage the audience to come with questions and discussion prompts of their own. Take advantage of this opportunity to lean in while our health plan case study line-up shares their lessons learned and current efforts regarding MA profit and loss. We will focus on the following learning objectives:

  • Demystifying the impact supplemental benefits have on growth, retention, medical spend and more
  • Stress testing the ROI potential vendor partners share with you: What they consider and what you should look into, as well
