WHAT WILL WE COVER DURING THIS LEARNING SESSION?
On October 18th we wrap up our 2-part Learning Cycle 7: MA Care Models and Quality. Today’s session features a line-up of Health Plans ready to share how they are approaching their MA Quality goals. Each micro-case study features a health plan leader prepared to share their specific challenges and approaches, and we strongly encourage the audience to come with questions and discussion prompts of their own. Take advantage of this opportunity to lean in while our health plan case study line-up shares their lessons learned and current efforts regarding MA quality and Stars. We will focus on the following learning objectives:

  • Threading the needle when it comes to achieving quality outcomes in MA: From product design to member onboarding and activation
  • What the highest rated plans are really, really good at doing – and tactics to help you get there too
