Session description: 

Alliance member health plans and their provider partners are invited to join us for a quality management roundtable discussion related to STAR ratings improvement from 1-2:30 pm CT.  

With seven consecutive years of 5 Star performance, it suddenly becomes more important to identify vulnerabilities and act on opportunities in order to not lose momentum.   Representing Quartz Health Solutions, Sheryl Pierce shares her experience of implementing star initiatives to support a nationally recognized Medicare Advantage plan, Senior Preferred (HMO).
