Planning Call: Member Experience Value Visit is this July

Event Date: 4/25/2019

Event Overview

Thursday, April 25, 2019
1:30PM CT – 2:30PM CT (60 minutes)
Hosted by: Health Plan Alliance

This event is hosted on our ReadyTalk platform

Alliance members are encouraged to join your peers for an open discussion and brainstorming session, April 25 from 1:30-2:30pm CT.  The goal of this planning call is to ensure our July 10-12 Value Visit on the Member Experience is a great event, focused on the issues that matter most to our health plan member organizations.  Join us for this planning call to see a PREVIEW of the event agenda and share your feedback; planning call attendees' help is invaluable to the Alliance staff!  Questions we'll be asking planning call attendees to consider include:

  • The July Value Visit's theme is "Elevating the member experience: Making every member's health insurance as personal as their health care journey".  Does this focus resonate with you?  What specific topics would support your work?
  • The Alliance is identifying potential sponsoring companies to underwrite the event: What types of vendor partners are you interested in meeting and learning more about during this meeting?
  • Many, many health plan departments impact each member's experience: Who are the health plan staff you think we should target for this event's participating audience?  Who do you want to meet and learn from during this meeting?
  • We will be filling the agenda with member-led case studies: Do you have particular case study topics you want to be sure we include? Do you have an idea for a case study you'd like to contribute to the agenda?

Audience

All Health Plan Alliance members with an interest in crafting a powerful "Member Experience" are invited to this planning call.
