Last October, in collaboration with Stonegate Advisors, one of our collaborating partners that is participating in our GPO program, the Alliance launched a collaborative “Broker STAMP” with 15 Alliance members to help member plans evaluate how well they were delivering on what is most important to their key brokers. This year we are repeating the Broker STAMP as well as expanding the collaborative efforts to also include an Employer and Member STAMP and we’d like to extend an invitation to all Alliance members to participate.

As background, STAMP is the industry’s first Retention Automation platform.  STAMP helps you systematically identify what is most important to your employers, members, and brokers, and determine how well you are delivering on their needs.  STAMP visualizes your performance online, in real time.  STAMP also alerts you when you are under performing, tracks your trends over time, benchmarks you against your peers, and provides playbooks on how to improve customer sentiment and retain customers.

This webinar will review what the STAMP Retention Automation platform is, how it works, and how it will benefit your plan.  During the webinar, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Review the STAMP platform, process, and dashboards
  • See examples from last year’s Broker STAMP and discuss outputs for this year’s STAMPs, including trending and benchmarking
  • Discuss timing (note, all STAMPs will happen in 2020) and next steps (note, each STAMP will only require a few hours of your time to participate)

Based on feedback we received from last year’s effort, we are confident you will see tremendous benefit from participating in any or all of the collaborative STAMP efforts.
