SVP, Managed Care & Population Health

Reporting to the CEO of Aspirus Inc., this key member of the Aspirus Executive Leadership team will primarily focus on the development, growth and better integration of Aspirus Arise (the health plan), Aspirus Network Inc. (ANI), the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) with the larger Aspirus enterprise, and serve as the Aspirus liaison to AboutHealth. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide managed care and population health management strategies and tactics that will drive that growth and integration while improving the efficiency and efficacy of product and service delivery. In addition, he or she will prepare the organization for value-based reimbursement models and lead contracting strategy and negotiating efforts for the system. This role will require close collaboration with the Aspirus senior leadership team, the physician community, external constituents, the CEO of Aspirus Arise and the ANI leadership.
