In this exclusive, closed-door roundtable, CEOs sit down for an hour together to share how they’re thinking about their organization’s journey “back to work” as the world transitions to life post-COVID. To kick off the sharing and discussion, we’ve tapped top execs from four Alliance member health plans: Christine Tomcala, CEO of Santa Clara Family Health Plan, Peter Marino, president and CEO of Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island; Brandon Fryar, president of Presbyterian Health Plan; and Garry Maisel, president and CEO of Western Health Advantage.  This panel is moderated by Alliance president, Joe Lastinger, and will kick off discussion among all CEOs in attendance regarding issues such as:

  • What is your organization communicating to employees regarding vaccinations? What concerns do you have about vaccine hesitancy and implications for everyone returning to the office?
  • Many CEOs are shifting their thinking regarding virtual workers and flexible scheduling. Where is your thinking on this and why?
  • COVID required that CEOs rethink how to deliver on your mission. What aspects of your organization’s culture, mission, operations and strategy do you continue to rethink and reframe as we move into a “post COVID” world?
