In this panel and hosted roundtable discussion, attendees will hear others’ best tactics for new growth and retention.

Discussion topics may include:

  • Super effective provider partnership strategies
  • Impactful mailings that get good traction
  • What you do to make the ANOC and EOC work harder for you
  • How you’re staying connected with your members virtually through book clubs and isolation busters
  • Extra special outreach from your member experience, quality, or sales teams

Walk away with a collection of new ideas to take back to your teams.

In addition to the open discussion, we'll also highlight submissions to the HPA annual MA Marketing Material Swap! 

Each year, attendees from MA member health plans across the country share their Medicare marketing materials samples. This year, that swap is digital, and during this session, we will be showcasing two Alliance member MA plans who have evolved their marketing approach in 2020. 

WHO: All Alliance members are invited to share copies of their health plan's communication and marketing pieces.

WHAT: Any member-facing piece is encouraged! Direct mail, advertising slicks, brochures, of course – and we're particularly interested in the COVID-19 collateral you've developed this year. Special request – we'd love to see your disenrollment surveys! 

HOW: Upload your materials to the Alliance Knowledge CenterSM. Please merge materials into one PDF. You may want to insert bookmarks within your PDF to make it easier for users to easily delineate where each piece starts and ends. The Alliance Knowledge CenterSM cannot accept files larger than 20 MB. Please be sure to compress your file before upload.

Each year, attendees from member health plans across the country share their Medicare marketing materials samples with their Alliance peers. We’re continuing the sharing in 2021 with a fully digital exchange. See below for details, or reach out to Kristin Rodriguez with any questions.

 

WHO

All Alliance members are invited to share copies of their health plan's communication and marketing pieces. Thank you in advance for participating!  We can all learn from each other. Even if you’re not directly responsible for sales and marketing development at your plan, we encourage you to coordinate with your organization’s stakeholders to arrange for sharing. 

 

WHAT
