In this webinar and discussion, Kristin Rodriguez, Chief Knowledge Officer with the Alliance, shares her own journey as an innovator and change maker, and reflects on lessons learned when it comes to applying the principles of innovation to your leadership style. Through storytelling and reflection, Kristin explores with webinar attendees the science behind “grit” and what we know about the human brain’s preferred learning styles- and how we can translate this more mindfully when crafting our work environments, for ourselves and for our teams.

Join this call to explore these challenges from a different lens, and to engage in active discussion with your Alliance peers: how are informal and formal leaders in healthcare applying these leadership principles in their own work? You’ll take away new approaches, fresh perspectives, and some new methods you can test for yourself.

Health plan leaders and team members who face day-to-day challenges and mission-critical decisions. Those involved in human resources, staff development, and change management will also find the event valuable.
